Rustic Ale
This is an American Amber Ale. Cloudy from the yeast, this moderately rich ale is just bitter enough to balance the sweetness of the malt. Grain from Washington Island is used in this brew, but it is not the dominating malt.
Island Wheat
Unfiltered wheat based ale that is mild and quite easy to drink. Wheat used is produced on Washington Island off the tip of Door County WI.
Winter Skaal
Amber hue shows off its rich malt heritage and smooth hop flavor.
US Pale Ale
This American Style Pale Ale has a noticeably hoppy flavor. Kirby uses dry-hopping with classic American Cascade hops to achieve this flavor. To quote Kirby - For those who think hops are hip.
